The present paper intends to raise the question of the admissibility of the Attorney General's Office investigative attribution to the Brazilian penal law practice, which goes far beyond the institutional characteristics and highlights the importance of the current system practice for the understanding of the dimensions of this insertion on the practice model adopted by the 1941 Penal Code Practice. That happened exclusively because of the demand for effectiveness and its respective consequences concerning the constitutional conformity to a certain criminal suit.Downloads
