In sequence, it compiles and highlights the priorities of the most important international documents related to the subject like the “World Declaration on Education for All” and the “Salamanca Declaration”. Being the educational inclusion one of the priorities, this work has the goal of demonstrating if Brazilian laws also aims at implementing this inclusion as the rest of the world.
