Abstract

Latent in the Brazilian social context, the issue of recomposed families often escape from the eyes of less attentive legal experts. Law does not create families. In this sense – in a dialogue bias – it is initiated a search of social observation of these changes and interpersonal affective volunteer associations. Although monogamy is the rule, polygamy still exists – it is a fact – and the law cannot be blind to this reality.
