The article aims to demonstrate that the human relations specially the work relations have been altered by the technological revolutions occurred in the last centuries. The machine, paraphrasing Virilio (1998), the history motors, promoted a deep social transformation. The comprehension space-time and the emergence of the informatics motor led to a negligence of facts, representing the end of relations without intervals of space and time and the beginning of relations established from the superficiality, from the isolation of symbolic reference frames. The law itself, a science of social facts, was “machinerized”. The object of analysis is, therefore, the influence of machinery in the work relations and on the perception of the Law itself. The investigation proposed is juridical-descriptive covering History, Sociology and the Labor Law through a dialogue between different sciences to promote the review of traditional formulas of interpretation in favor of the effectiveness of the social fact itself.Downloads
